1. The Kabadiwala Services
Related to Your Information
- Site is not responsible for any of the information given to the Site.
- Site is here to provide the User service at best ability.
- Site wants User's information just for delivering Site's services only and no other means of that.
- For any inconvenience, Site is not responsible.

Related to Site's Service
- By receiving User's request, Site will just try to connect User with the kabadiwala.
- The kabadiwala is not an employee or representative of the Site. He is a person who is collecting kabaad from your locality.
- On User's acceptance, User's Name and Phone/Mobile Number will be shared with the kabadiwala. After that, the User and the kabadiwala take User's request to sell kabaad forward without any involvement of the Site.
- Site is no where responsible for the kabadiwala coming to collect the kabaad from the address provided by the user.
- User has to fill the information carefully regarding to your required services.

Related to Pricing and Action Site Can Take
- User is going to mention the estimated weight related to your material. Please be careful Site is allowing difference of -2 to -5 (above 20 kg). If Site comes to know that there is more difference, in that condition User has to pay for the weight you have filled.
- User please mention your address and mobile number carefully. For the fake request User will have to face many charges regarding the request you have filled.
